Just a big thumbs up to Ben @ KiteWest. Given an unusual set of circumstances a short while ago I found myself purchasing one of the 2020 F-One Bandit S's supplied by Kite West. I'd reached out over Facebook as was in need of a 7-9m wave kite and Ben delivered. Although he wasn't in the area Michael dropped the kite off at the doorstep and even later on picked me up so I could try it out. Now that is real customer service! Cheers guys.
