Hi Guys and Girls..

I'm hopefully moving to Perth from Scandinavia in january and considering if I should bring my kites or buy new ones when I get there.. Here in Denmark I use mostly my 5 m2 and 7 m2 (I have 9 and 12 also), when it is very windy I could use a 4m2, but I think it is ok to have 5 as my smallest kite. I have been looking at new kites from different brands and not all kites are made in size 5m2 which sucks since I like the series 5,7,9 for wave riding here in Denmark, but maybe 6,8,10 is better for WA.. I weigh 75 kg and ride mostly strapless.. Which kites do you wave riders have in WA and which do you use the most?

6, 8, 10 is the best combo to do all winds in Perth. A lot depends on the season we get, if it's a windy one, you'll use all of them, if it's lame like last year, jus the 10 and 8. A 7 and 9 combo works too but depends much on our season.

General consensus is that this season will be a windy one, ...... if it ever gets started

i got away with a 6 & 8 combo for last season, can ride an 8 in most winds on a directional. 73ish kg's.
however bought a cheap $150 13m so i could enjoy the light winds.
when i can afford i will upgrade to a 6&9 quiver of RPM's as when its BIIIG need a little more power to get out the impact zone
