I have noticed this on more than one occasion where a kiter needs assistance, whether it be the kiter is unable to:
1. Get back to their board.
2. Is out far and needs to swim a long way back.
3. Unable to launch their kite again whilst in the water.
4. Kite is in a death roll etc etc.

I think we all need to pay attention to these when they occur. All it takes is to kite out to that person and ask if they are ok!
Without naming people, places or a particular situation, I have noticed a kiter in need and this kiter received no help from others or it took too long for someone to kite out and see if that person needed help.

Can everyone please just take 1 minute to kite out to someone when they are clearly in a difficult situation.

Happy Kiting!

Also it doesn't matter whether you have the skill needed to help - you can convey a message back to shore and tell a more experienced kiter or have someone call the water police
