Gday everyone, I've recently moved to Gero and have been pretty keen on getting into kite surfing for ages!
I've bought all of the gear and had a few lessons, just wondering if there's any other crew out this way at the same stage as me or anyone with more experience that wouldn't mind hooking up for a few sessions?
It would be cool to have someone around to keep an eye open in case I end up in trouble
Im out Drummond's way but keen to hit anywhere from coronations down to Dongara. I usually knock off around 4ish and am keen as to get as much time out on the water as I can!
Cheers!

Wind has been crap for a month or more (apart from a couple of random good days), so not a good season to learn in. If you're already in Drummonds I'd just shoot up to Corros. Generally a pretty good crew up there that will help you out launching and if you get in a pickle. There's also plenty of room for learners to the north of the kite area without getting in anyone's way.

Yo Tim, if you come to Dongara give me a shout, don't mind giving you some pointers and keeping an eye on you, kite skills are paramount, and Dongara has a long beach , a point to slsc is approx 2.5 klms , body drag runs can get those skills up to scratch ,

Cauncy that sounds great mate, what are the best conditions for a beginner up that way? My number is 0412750034 if you're heading out give me a shout! Doesn't look like the conditions are too great over the weekend though
