Is it safe to walk around in the swan river at places like Melville, pelican pt or pt walter?

no it's not safe at all..............
there is truckloads of sand and seaweed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

are you serious?
i waterskiied / wakeboarded every weekend all year round for about 4 years, mainly at deep water point, also the narrows and belmont. never stepped on anything?
