Mentone was nice in the early evening.

Had port Melbourne to myself in a nicely executed temporary pardon from activities if I do say so myself . Was back in time to find people ready for their lovely evening stroll on the beach.
Nice flat water at the life saving building end...... smooth like butter. Enjoying a different port phillip bay beach every day. Melbourne is not such a terrible place. Thank you Santa.
