My wife and I are avid kitefoilers from the Pacific Northwest (Slingshot's home base). We're visiting my cousin this December in Torquay for a couple of weeks and would love to find a spot there to foil. Any information would be hugely appreciated. We'll bring some new Slingshot UFOs and our Phantasm 657 that any friendly locals are welcome to try out if they'd like. :)

I'm from Victoria and a decent 3-2 steamer is fine for the summer period. Or even a springsuit on the hotter days. 4-5mm is middle of winter stuff.
