Been kiting in and around Melbourne for a few years now, but just lately have been ask at a few different spots, by other kiters, "is it ok to kite here". Not knowing the answer, and with no clear signage, how can this question be answered. Are there any definitive "NO KITING ZONES"? in and around Port Phillip Bay or anywhere else in Victoria for that matter? Help please.

I could be wrong but I think this sign might align with the parks marker in the water north of which is swimming only around the lifesaving club. I don't think Kingston are making their own rules
