As the wind is looking a little light and sketchy in Sydney for this Australia Day long weekend, I am possibly looking at heading to Cables Wake Park at Penrith for some much needed time on my board. As I am still a newbie in my first proper season I am looking for anyway I can to get a bit more practise and although I have heard mixed feelings as to the pros and cons of using cable parks for practise I figure any time on the board getting the feel of the balance, edging etc is only going to be a good thing at this stage.

So if anyone is interested in heading out there this weekend if mother nature decides not to bless us with winds let me know and we can hook up for a few wake/kite boarding antics, I am sure if nothing else it would be a bit of fun for anyone watching me flounder around haha.
