Hi Guys,
If your ever over Cronulla way give me a yell. I'm there most days. Happy to help out.
Hows is the surf at Cronulla? Not too much for beginners?
It's not the best spot for beginners (in saying that all spots have their pros and cons). The surf isn't really the issue unless it's pumping and lets be honest that doesn't happen all that much at cronulla

. If you can stay upwind and don't mind a bit of chop then it's a great spot.
When the wind is NE it tends to get very gusty and can get very tricky. On a southerly the wind is good and steady, however it is usually stronger than a NE so generally smaller kites.
The only other thing to watch out for there is the Flags which don't take up very much space and the people which in summer can be too much for a kite to navigate, launch land etc.
Great spot with a great crew of people there, everyone willing to help each other out as well.
