8-8.30 at my work(19 wallsend rd,sandgate) to pack trailer & hide cars if getting a lift, grab pies from the 24hr pie shop in tea gardens,beach pass from hawks nest news agents then onto the beach at either,golf club or lemon tree entrance(depends on what beach pass you get)

Are you guys going to go through Medowie or Raymo?

If your going through Medowie let me know and Ill join the convoy from there.

Doubt Ill have any spare seats but I can bring a portable BBQ if people want to bring meat.

Ive taken my forester on that beach before but just incase does someone have a snatch strap incase I get bogged?

Forester owners should have their own strap on the beach it will help reduce the amount of cartons required to get de-bogged

Medowie not really on the road to Hawks nest but you will be able to catch up somewhere about the terrace bypass.

due to the Unforseen future weather im canning the ozzie day trip,

we can all blame flako cause he said to me "what ya gunna do if it rains"??? as it has never rained b4 on my oz day gibber trips,

he, out of the goodness of his heart (&guilt) has offered up his house & pool at hillsbourgh lunchtime thursday for a byo meat & grog bbq !!!!!

he needs numbers for salad & plates, so reply back if your keen...........

if the wind comes up we can kite in his pool. or the 2 labrah-doors(dogs) can tow us across the pool, !!!

Nothing stopping us having a belated Aust day at gibber in a few weekends time.
