Hey guys.
I live in Melbourne but going to AH for 10 days. Could you recommend me some nice kiting spots around? How is it these days with the wind and any danger from jellyfish in this part of the season?

Along the beach and river mouth.. beautiful spot. You can get some good info from Ocean Addict kite shop in Maroochydore.
Also, I believe no crocs and jelly fish! The matter is windy. Good luck!

Hey kanister,
If you are after flat water:
- Maroochydore River Mouth (Needs outgoing tide) : N-SE works best
- Caloundra River mouth (Needs outgoing tide) : ENE-SSE works best
- Pumistone Passage : SE/S winds works best
- Lake Weyba : S-NE works best
Wave Riding:
- Sunshine Beach
- Maroochydore
- Kawana
Heaps of open beaches great for downwinder.
Come instore and we can hook you up with a downwinder and some gear if you need it.
