Hey kris,

I demo'ed 12m about 6 months ago, I was only out for a cruise in 10knots using a skim board. It's characteristics are similar to all of todays kites in the hybrid/bow catagory's, Relaunch was easy similar to the havoc and it was stable and flew well in light wind. It turns nice but I wasn't loading up and demanding much from it obviously.

I would suggest this kite is for learners to intermediate level. If your in QLD maybe get in touch with Paddy, He deals LF.

My 2c, good luck.

was with padi on thurs and did a demo on the 08 havoc in some real light stuff while a 1m smaller session was being flown next to me by a friend. it seemed to fly very well in thoes conditions and was much more stable compared to the havoc, looking forward to trying the session to actualy compare them both

The session is a lot more stable and sedate but I think you will grow out of it quickly.
It is not as responsive as the havoc.
The havoc is a lot better in almost every aspect, except probably relaunch but it is still good at that.
