I ride Naish Parks 2012, but recently had a go on few years old Naish Charger. For few reasons (faster turning , pull while turning) I like it better. Since Charger has been discontinued for 2 years now, I wonder what is the current replacement with similar performance characteristic - even different brands. I would appreciate an opinion of somebody who had Charger and moved on :-)
When I first got my Reo,s they reminded me of the 9m Charger I had a few years back. Similar bar pressure - fast turning but the Reo,s are way more stable.
I Have been out on the 2013 10m about 6 times now in comparison to the previous two editions imho it definitely turns faster, is more responsive both probably due to the shorter bridle lines and smaller diameter leading edge which give it a more direct responsive feel. I am no kite techno so this may not be why?
The 2013 definitely has better bottom end i was out on the 10m in 14-16 knots last Friday on the SB i'm b/w 95-98 winter kgs atm last years 10m i would have needed 16-18 knots. This maybe due in part to the longer line length as it now comes standard with 24m lines where as previously i have always flown on 20m lines.
2013 has better lift/pop/boost whatever you want to call it than previous editions and flies further forward in the window. It does feel more powerful than previous editions. Thats about it for now. Hope this helps. Sorry for lack of techno mumbo jumbo.
