I'm 13 yo, weigh 50 kg and ride an sb3 8m. I'm looking to change kites and the c4 and fuels draw my attention. I'm an intermediate rider and getting into freestyle and kite loops. would someone be able to give me advice?

Fuels are gold. Heaps of range and the best for unhooking.

SLE's like the c4 will never feel as direct as a straight 4 line.

@bjw : I think he means someone who has tried both kites

Hey Maggi grom, I suggest getting yourself a demo ride on both and don't take answers you receive on this forum too seriously unless the rider can state that he/she has ridden both kites in decent conditions.

Cheers,

I have tried both kites, sell both kites and I prefer the feel of the C4's, but I also not 13yo and made of rubber and do live in fear of breaking any more bones and connecty bits!!

Fuels are awesome C kites though, must be doing something right to be still around!

Talked to a guy that demoed C4 today. He is Royal and Airush teamrider.
He said it was incredibly good.

He made a kiteloop S-bend with it in 24 knots - with the 11m. Looked pretty sweet

DEMO them. You dont need to hear what some guys brothers dogs left leg thought of a kite. The only way you will decide and be happy with it is if YOU try both kites yourself.

yea i would demo both kites if i was you because reading about what other people have experienced doesn't mean they will be the same as yours. i have ridden the fuels but havn't ridden the C4 so get out there and ride both back to back

Hey Maggi,

Flown both C4 and Fuels.

Once you demo the C4 I think you will be happy enough to out lay your or dad's hard earned.

Yeah...the first one.....

...how many dishwashing experiences are equal to a new C4 for a teenager?
