hi, i have a 9m naish torch 2012 and was thinking about buying between the 12m or 14m 2013 torch. I am 64 kg but the wind here is more or less between 14 - 18 knots all the year. can anyone please help me. Also does anyone known if the 2012 torch bar can be used on the 2013 torch. thanks...

hey man, yea you can use any of the last 4-5 years of torch bars on any torch, the new bar for 2013 is way different (line lengths the same) so you should think about getting one, hope you enjoy

I have a 12 m 2012, a 8m 2013 torches and I have demoed the 2013 12m. Will write a detailed review later:
Some impressions:
- Maybe the 2013 has a bit more bottom end
- 2013 possibly loops a bit less agressive (specially last half of the loop)
- 2013 bar is shorter, smaller diameter and very nice (functionality is same as 2012 bar)
- Quality of reinforcment on 2013 is even (very small difference) better

IMO: I would get the 12m at your weight this should be great between 14-18 kn. In more than 18kn you should be fine on your 9m...

+1 for 12m as the 14 turns a lot more like a truck

yea the 12m is the way to go, but sometimes the 14 can be nice as it doesnt move much
