i recently bought a new kite Best Roca 2016 with the bar , i used once and the second time i was on the beach ready to go i found the chicken loop broken , basically the rubber broken half way , so i can see that inside there is a line running thru , seems like that the rubber got broken because was dry , now i claimed for a warranty around a month ago , they told me within 48 hours they would tell me something , didn't hear nothing back at all , anyone that work with Best that could help me?

What year bar did it come with? Can you post a photo? Best changed the safety to the North system in 2016 so you may be able to just get a new chicken loop from North. If the bar is 2015 or older you're pretty much buggered unless someone's got an old bar or some spare parts floating around.
