My Comments:
Find it hard to keep my boards in 1 piece, Iv e tried sling shot, Fire wire and North, and I must say hands down the North Kontact lasted the longest. all be it all fin boxes had to be rebuilt, Mr Manners did a pretty good job have knocked a couple of fins out since and boxes are still good.

Any other suggestions for a durable board for 2-8foot waves Im thinking of looking at trying a delta design bamboo Vamp if I can get one.
Oh yeah I could always loose a couple of kilos but will always be above 90kgs.

If you put a front pad on your board, where most of the damage appears to be on all your boards, it may take some of the impact from heel strikes and subsequent failures .. The pad would distribute the load when you land/apply pressure .. may not hurt to give this a go with your next board...

Aussie Dave I had noticed that the depressions from front foot seems to start the damage and when it gets to the rail they give up. I will pad up next board under front foot hopefully it lasts a bit longer cheers.

Well don't throw the boards away, I am always on the bum for New (snapped) boards.

Once I have fixed them they are unbreakable - but way about double the weight.

Lose some weight fatboy!

Are you jumping the boards or are they breaking from lip impacts ?

I'm 93kg and riding a Cab Skillit it has been holding up well.
(but strapless so I don't boost on it more just small hops )
I'm considering a FireWire board at the moment so would be interested to hear more on how they are breaking.

But fire wire and North both from mistimed/ambitious lip bashing buckling around front foot, right at the point of deepest depressions, Im taking aussie daves advice and putting an extra layer of padding under front foot to distribute load better, I have never been under 90kgs since high school, big boned, and fit enough to do a couple of 4hrs seshes a day whether and time permitting.
Oh and Firwire wire gets used for surfing aswell but kiteing def deepens the depressions quickly.

Worth thinking about this, am 83 pies but conscious of going through the deck when trying small airs and general board smashing

You could throw a layer or two of carbon where your feet will be, to distribute the impact force better. Ive also seen people put a strip of carbon around the edge of their boards for more strength.

A mate of mine rides for jimmy lewis and does massive strapless airs and hasn't had an issue with boards snapping from normal riding or jumps, only run-ins with reefs. I have also heard good things about the lib tech boards.
