Does it handle more like a 14 or 12m? Power/ grunt more like 14 or 12m? Any feedback appreciated.

It's a big 13m, there actually about 13.5m - so I'd say it would feel closer to a 14 than 12m.
Good power & reasonably fast turning for its size, my mate has one & uses it as a light wind surf kite.
