Sorry I can't help because mostly ride twin tip and only started on the Nugget last season but already guessing you will need to provide more info: Conditions, weight, kites etc to get any useful info.

I'm on the celero 5,6 this year. It's super super fun. Best board iv used.
if your an average size bloke just go the middle size

It really depends what sort of surfboard you're after depending on your weight and the conditions you want to go out in. The volume and rocker are important to factor in as well as the length.

Duotone make very good boards, the Pro Whip CSC is a great all-rounder. Super stable and fun.

I've been riding Celetitas 5'8" for years now. I'm tall and lanky and ride Bayside wind swell.
It's been a great all rounder, but they stopped the 5'8" I think I would now try the 5'8" mixer.
There are plenty of options out there but yes it does hinge on what conditions you ride most often.

Recently bought a 2020 Dutone Wam at 5,10. Am 82kgs. Am very much enjoying the board. Big improvement over my old 6,0 water logged 2014 Wam.

I see there website recommends anyone over 83kg to go to the 5,10

Im 85kg dry, but also surf sloppy onshore and wind swell

The 5,10 mixer for upto 92kg they say
So based on there blurb, I'm just over the limit for the middle ground board

I guess unless surfing off shore clean top to bottom waves

If you ride crap waves have a look at the Duotone pro fish. I'm 85kg and ride the 5'5" up to head high waves. Super fun board but the Duotone fins are average,they have to much side angle which gave the board way to much tail lift. I slapped a set of large Quobbafins in and it goes epic

Our recommendations for our Custom boards for 85kg is 5'8" Wave model or 5'3" Cut off nose model and are both 23.8 Lts and for wind over 20 knots and design for wave riders And may need bigger surface area /Lts in lower wind conditions like Queensland

Are you going to paddle surf it? I like boards I can paddle as well so 28-30 liters works well. If you want to kite powered up go less volume but if you want to dump the power and actually surf it go more . Everyone is different in there styles.
Those dimensions sound like a bit of a boat

Not sure I'd go as far to say a boat when 90kg odd is it's limit

All you can do is try it mate . 32.4 Litres is getting up there. That's a perfect literage for a groveller surf board . Those volume and weight calculations are only a guide don't fall into the trap of believing every bit of detail.

I'd go the 5 ft 8 they are a big board the 5 ft 8 would be more like ur normal 5 10 in a mixer

Agree with Nathe but I am on the Low volume boards for kiting waves Sound like you should go to WA kite shops and demo boards with similar Lts / size and get a feel of size/Lts for you I am 79 to 82 kg I am kiting 21 to 22 Lt boards Also love the Quobba's sell them with my boards It's a lot of money to spend and have a board which will not improve your riding or not be stoked with

I plan to dump the kite power and surf it
Chest high on shore swells

I'd say 13 to 15 knots,
At 20 knots I'm lit on my twintip

Same weight and size board for me. Just getting to know the 5'5 pro fish over the last few days in up to head high around maybe 13 - 14 kts to 25kts. Handles light wind well but also goes well when powered up. Very different foot placement but really enjoying this board after using nugget in light wind plus wam 5'10 in stronger wind . Seems to fit in the middle nicely Agree on comment about fins.

Very different foot placement, the center of the board actually isn't the center it seems further back, probably because the wide point is pushed forward. I've had the board out in 30 knots and sucky waves and was very surprised how well it went. It actually surfs better in the pocket rather than trying to do turns out on the face. The first time I rode it I hated it but as soon as I change my style it clicked. Do yourself a favor and buy some Quobbafins it absolutely transforms it into a little grunter speed demon.

Sorry I'm lost, are you saying that slingshot are incorrect in recommending the 5,10 for 66 to 92 kg for the mixer

How can this be too big if slingshot recommends the 5,10 for even 66kg

How comfortable are you on a surfboard?

If you're just getting into surfboards the extra width and volume of the 5'10 will help stability.

If you're already competant on a surfboard in waves go the smaller size.

IMHO if you're in bumpy conditions and solid wind go the narrower lower volume, in clean condition and light wind the wider board should be fine.

The 5'10 for a 66kg doesn't look right for dedicated waves, it might be referring to more all round use like a bit of ocean freeride or light wind cruising as well?
