Just wondered if someone could review this kite
In particular the depower ablity of the wave bar compaired to say xbow. Also, how does the Span line help for self landing? How do the zippers work depower the kite?

The depower with both the 05 & 06 is massive, though I haven't flown the xbow so can't compare the 2 kites.
The kites are simple to self land using the 5th line.
The 06 doesn't have a zipper, the 05 does and this dramatically increases the wind range though the kites already have a huge range.

I've ridden both and reckon the 06 depowers more than the xbow but they are completely different kites. I'd probably go with the type wave in waves and use the xbow in flat water for easy riding. The type wave is much faster and more responsive than the xbow too but I'd say hangtime on the xbows would be better than the type wave.

Have to say though the type wave looks a million times better than the xbow and the bar is alot nicer too I hate all the dangly bits that come with the xbow.
