Can anyone tell me the differences between the V7 and the V8 Ozone Edge?

all honesty i flew both and nothing comes to mind. just the less liberal use of that yellow splash on the canopy or was it more yellow? if i were you id wait till v9 they are going gang busters with there multi bridle lines c4s tend to be the guine pig i would think a less racey more durable stauncher (bar and lines at least) edge because they are getting alot of sales due to people wanting 5 struts over the 3 on the caty and freeride big boosting and not so much for the raceing (tho they all want that easy upwind sitting forward in the window race feel)

Yer Robbie, it is only a bridle tweek which is hardly noticeable......

Has anyone got an idea when we can expect the V9 to be released???

ozone said they are going to dial back releases even more then before untill theyre is groundbreaking changes. hence why theyve changed to the "V ersion" release system rather then the "2014/2015/2016 etc" so i honestly cant guess when. might be sooner or even later then previously.

what you really ought to do tho is forget about trying to futureproof your kites and be honest with your rideing ability and what you hope to achieve on the water. then find the kite that suits that.

Pick up a 2014/15 model virtually identical, lots of racers sold out to switch to foil kites, should still be plenty around. V9 is at least a year away.

any idea steve seeing as the racers went to foils if theyll be beefing up the edge to be purely for midlife crisis sick upwind and mega boosting machine?
