lots of big guys did the 14>10>8 combo.

the difference in windrange from 10>12m was too small for the bigger guys and they all got that much more lowend range by going to the 14.

Ask Daniel at kite addiction for the best advice on the parks for larger guys.

Nice kites.

I have been riding Griffin TRX which are very similar design however Griffin are an Australian company - but yes kites made over there however at a much lower price to you if you go direct, see Griffin web site.

For 2013 Griffin TRX will have a 10.5 which may just be what you need.

Have a look at this
.be

Either way in these two brands and design you will not go wrong.

14 10 8 combo would be your best bet ,I'm 95kg and this is what I used 14 was great as was the 8 but the 10 sometimes lacked a bit down low, surfboard helped,re the TRX it's a 10.5 for 2013 so will have a better low end for us heavier guys.

I've got a 8-10-12 combo should've gone the 14. On the surfboard i've thought a 7 might of been a better choice as there is a bit of overlap with the top end of the 10 & bottom end of the 8 @95-98kg's i can ride the 8 in 25 knots on the SB.

Thanks for the info
Forgot to say I'm buy kites for my son also, he's 6'1 87 kg
We both have 14m parks
I was thinking 14 and 11 for me and 14/10 for him and 8 to share
It's pretty costly when buying for two
What do think of combo

Yep 11would be better for your weight and you can use his 10 in up to low 30's while he's on the 8
