Another option is to just buy a good regular bag & carry your board separate in a lightweight cover. This works if your airline carrier doesn't charge per piece, or you take surfboards. I travel with one of these. Great quality for the price. (N.B. USA website)

2 kites, bar & wet gear in bottom section of duffle. Clothes, and pump in top. room in outside pouches for other stuff.
3rd (small) kite if needed I take as carry on in this. I only paid half the $RRP
