Has anyone ridden the new Jaime Pro 07 boards? I havent seen many reviews on this board as yet and was just very interested to hear how it performs? Im looking at a Underground flx but the Jaime Pro just came in and looks sweet.

Cheers

I've had the medium jaime pro for a couple of months, i also had the 05' & 06' models and the 07' has had the most improvements since it first came out. The 07' is a very sweet board and has loads of grip and pop, they have a concave heelside to smooth out the chop and a rounded toeside edge for smooth carves, it is a dream to ride in flat water and can also be fun in the surf (possibly a little small for surf but still fun). it has very comfy footstraps and pads, there has been no faults with this board since new. As i've ridden the jaime pro for the last three seasons im probaly a little biased towards the jaime but hey thats only my opinion. I've ridden the underground aswell and found it to be very smooth (a little bit to smooth, not as much feed back to the rider as the pro) with good grip and pop, and comfy footstraps and pads.

Overall both boards are quite different to ride, the jaime pro is an awesome allround board with super strong construction and the underground is is a much better board if you ride a lot of choppy conditions also built super strong.

Test ride both if you can before you buy, im sure you could get a test ride of the undergroundat one of your local beaches or if your on the north shore of sydney i'll gladly let you have a blast on the jaime.
