Anybody know how to change the rope out on a IOn CS Hardshell slider bar?

There are 3 Allen key screws holding a piece of plastic that covers where you would normally put the steel hook addon but they are non metric and I can't see if it locks the rope on the pad.

...well, before starting to cut out pieces of a bar, check out those alon-like keys, they may have a funny star shape. I have a set to open those. I can't thing seriously that a designer would not allow the "peaceful" replacement/adjustment of the sliding rope.

If you read the thread on KF you will see that Dan works for ION/North & this is the fix.
They (ION) are only human & overlooked this issue, I'm planning to get a CS Wave harness when the slider is sorted in the 2019 model .

Looks to me like a great bit of kit.
