Froth time!

2015 Hyperlite has arrived to Kitepower. All the boots look insane and have had some really nice updates. Finish and fit is incredible. Left to right is PROCESS, BYERLY, AJ.

Boots are the same height as last years. Bindings here in the next couple of days as they went separately. Waiting to try but they look similar to 2014 but with improved outer shell. Really happy with the Hyperlite setup and product. Last the best out of any wake boots you'll try.

How did you snap a binding? Did it happen when ripping an insert? I had 3 pairs last year and didn't snap any of them in half and I'm 85kgs crashing very hard. Even though I'm a team guy for them they helped me and every customer we had out with the very few warranty issues that were presented. Hyperlite is a great operation. Worlds better than Ronix in terms of boot quality and customer support IMO

Thanks Russ Kraut
I'm a bit over Ronix, I've had 2 pairs and they've only lasted 8 months each before things start to go wrong. So keen to try the system.
Does the system get any heal lift as it ages?

Your doing well to get 8 months out of ronix. Mine broke in about 2 months. Actually got about 10 months out of my first pair.

No heal lift whatsoever even after over a full year.

Same here. Ronix are extremely comfy but fall apart rather fast and also those laces were annoying as you have to tighten them every 10 minutes. Heel holddown is superb with the Hyperlites, just like snowboard bindings really. Getting in takes a little coordination but no big deal. Getting out takes a second which is great if you quickly need to get rid of your board. Boots are not as snug and comfy as Ronix. But if you tighten the bindings a lot that is not felt anymore anyway. And you can walk around in fancy boots which protects your feet and is warmer in winter ;-). Total costs are also slightly less than a pair of boots. Overall pretty good stuff.

Ive gone 2 and a half years on my ones. I must be too soft on them. Rinse after every session and my laces still dont come loose.

Its funny as ive broken multiple boards and myself, but after two years only the stitching is letting go.

Maybe you can send me a free pair of size 10US so I can see how long they last me??

Process is best for tall people as it is the highest cut. All of them are the same level of stiffness and the AJ and Byerly are the same height and are suited to shorter people. They are absolutely sick this year! Really happy that they moved to a toe cap system.

Doesn't matter that it's his pro model! It's all personal preference, I'm not saying short people can't ride high cut boots. I'm saying that as a general rule of thumb, a tall person needs a higher cut boot and a shorter person can get away with lower cut. Buy what feels good people!
