Hi All
Can Anyone recommend some super comfy foot straps and deck pads please.

Mine are giving me Cramp from the arch of my foot pushing on the profile of the deck pad (i think) and it sucks

Thanks in advance !

Liquid Force Luxury Interface system. Without a doubt the most comfy. Nike style air pockets under the pads.

The new 2008 stuff looks good.

Hi Jip

Agree with the other guys liquid force make great pads and bindings. The only others worth looking at would be Underground. They make really comfy gear especially the 07-08 release. Check out their website.

How big are your feet dude?
If your smaller than a size 9 go for the LF Stiletto straps, I know they are for chicks but they fit your feet better and will give you way more support :)

Jip go and have a ride on a demo airush board and feel how smooth and comfy those pads and straps are! i recently got some for my board because i love them!!! most comfortable and soft yet grippy pad ive ever had the pleasure of sinking my feet into! i think the price is something like 160 for pads and straps or something along those lines.. crawl into airborne and find out

Hey Jip,
just check out any of the new 2008 footstraps and pads from any brand.
I tried the new pads on the Cabrinha custom 08s and they're way comfy! Its almost as snug and comfy as bindings! Think most of the other brands like Naish or even cardboards should have the same type of straps and pads if i'm not mistaken.

airush pads this year are very nice but the board they come on is RRP $1199 so you would expect it considering slingshot and a lot of other boards are a lot cheaper.

Atomic, that is only for the white version of the pads(pretty much the same as the black ones as far as I know, besides the baseplate), and the same pads and straps come ont he Switch which is 899,

Thanks
Matt,
PS Liquid Force also have nice straps.

You have to try them to feel the difference. $200 is well worth the comfort for the hours you spend on the board.

I have been riding a couple of the new 2008 Liquid Force straps. On one board I have the LF Stiletto Ladies Foot Strap & Foot Pad kit and on the other I have the LF Comp strap kit.
The Comp Strap is a 3d molded toe piece with lace up tightening system which expands from US 4 - 14. They are so snug, fast and easy to adjust.
These would be handy if you have to wear booties as you can adjust then super fast.
LF Stiletto’s of course are designed for the women of kiteboarding, they come in a smaller size than that of the LF Luxury and have a unique design. They are easy to fit and adjust to your foot.
I was stoked with the increase in riding time on the water when I changed over to the LF footpad.
I believe the 2008 range have arrived on our shores. So contact your local Liquid Force dealer and get yourself fitted.
Once you upgrade, you won't go back.
