I was recommended the Ion Hummer Harness by Darren at AKS shop at Scarbourgh WA.

I wanted something with a bit of movement for toe side and surf
But also wanted Quality and support

Tried it out this morning - Excellent - Great fit, doesn't ride up,
you can get the harness to move if you suck ya gut in
The rest of the time it sat in place
Not sure about the Bling Colour but I'm sure Ill get used to it!

Thanks Darren, Happy Customer
P.S I have no affiliation to AKS, I just like getting good advise

Has anyone had issues with durability with ion gear?

Hi Winter,

We've just about sold out of all the ION stuff we purchased this year. Excellent comfort and durable construction.

I had one euro kook return an Apex claiming warranty after the little rubber grommet which is a cosmetic bit which hides the handle pass leash bridle entry point to the harness body, tore a little due to excessive pressure from being smashed from unhooked handlepasses/kiteloops gone wrong with full sideways pressure from the leash. The warranty claim was rejected as it was deemed (correctly) to be wear and tear, not faulty wormanship or materials. We exchanged it in any case

Apart from that minor whinge, the harnesses have made everyone pretty happy. They're products are a little more on the expensive side, but you are paying for top of the line gear which is built to last.

The Ladies SOL and NOVA are exceptionally good too. I reckon they look even more comfy than the mens gear and our female customers are also stoked.

DM

@ Bog: Really stoked you like the harness, cheers mate!
