I am still at the learning stages and am changing kites from a sea kite cabrinha co2. I am thinking of buying a Best Waroo 11m 2007 model as i have heard a lot of good reports, how does this compare to the Cabrinha switchblade2. Can any one help me with this, advantages and disadvantages of both.

Long way from Qld to WA for a demo Brownee?

I sell and ride both kites, the SB2 10M and the waroo 07 11M are 2 of the kites I use regularly from our extensive demo fleet!

Switchblades are slightly slower through the air in sizes above 10M compared to a Waroo, performance for jumping and general riding between the 11M waroo and the 10M SB2 is very similar, both kites rocket upwind, jump big (easily), turn fast (waroo a bit tighter/faster).
Relaunch - SB2 wins easily
Bars and lines - both are extremely high quality units, good leashes provided, self landing flagging rings on both, fully kook proofed connectors, both have good, effective stopper systems.
Price is similar shop around, or just contact me, its the end of the season.
Build quality - excellent, both kites are really well made using first class materials.
Warranty and service - hard to beat Cab or Best for service and warranty worldwide.

You would not be unhappy with either kite, overall I would say the Cab is an easier kite to use and set up straight out of the bag. Waroo can be more fine tuned by an experienced rider.

Hey mate.

Give both a try and see which you personally prefer. Have a look at both materials etc., bars, pulley system etc., and find a dealer that will let you demo one. If you need a hand with who to demo both through, throw me a line.
