Looking at getting the new Sync bindings, but our shop only has the Medium size and I'm size 10 feet. I find though if you slip your foot right in to have your toes just over what appears to be a ridge for the toes, then the binding's top back edge is hard up against the top and front of my foot.
Is the medium the right size for me?
Should your toes grip over onto the footpad toe ridge?
Size 10 shoe means you would be the standard or large size in the Syncs, but you could also fit into the smalls.
We've got plenty of small in stock and plenty more on the way, but have to say that with my size 8-9 foot, my toes will never sit over the toe rail, I think you need monster size 12 or bigger to fit the pad toe ridge.
The Sync lace can be adjusted so perfectly that I don't even notice not having the toe ridge. I find I can ride the caliber as fast as, and really rate that board in chop, so smooth and goes upwind easy too.
There are only two sizes in Sync straps and one size in the pads. Most of the early shipped (current stocks) of boards in dealers were the large size sync straps.
