Also, at 80Kg 136 or 140? (most riding around 20knots).

i am 75 and ride the 136 custom.
i think i am around its upper limit.
i would probably go a 140 at your kg's.
i find this board needs plenty of wind to gain ground, usually used on an open choppy beach.
at 20knts i would have all power pulled in on my 10m.

Your board size choice is good. At your weight you could easily ride a 136 or 140 kiteboard.

But the cab custom is a wakestyle board and you should always get the next size up from what you would normally ride. ie if you normally use a 136 then get the 140 custom. If you normally ride a 140 then get the 144 custom. A 136 cab custom will be too small for you at your weight in 20knots. Get the 140 or 144.

Great board although mine delaminated at both ends after a good season off riding. Apparently a common problem due to glue they used. They have fixed this with the 2013 model which I am riding now and couldn't be happier.

Good board that delaminated in one year?? Was it replaced under warranty with minimal fuss? warranty transferable?

I have a brand new 2012 custom 140, complete with bindings $600. Great choice for an intermediate/advanced rider!

What size foot do you have Wisha? I have mine for sale if the right person wants it, I am leaving too move to canada in two days so yeah. Mine has Ronix Franks on it, 140cm in very good condition.

I prefered the 2012 to my 2013, never had a problem with it needing plenty of wind, I am 77 kgs and the 136 get's going in a sparrows fart.....
