I have no affiliation with this mob but their pumps seem to be pretty good - heaps of comments have been posted on SB previously .

Ive just ordered the Kite-Sup 3 pump - not because I have a SUP - but because its taller :-)

I had one of their standard kite pumps i got it from matt (in perth) for $40 i think. It was a great pump and as good as any other big brand pump I have used. Unfortunately i left it down the beach one day, i would have bought another one but i now have one that came with another kite I bought. Good pumps and when I next need a pump I will go for another bravo

I have one and did a review. It's the same volume (around 2 litres), but ends up quicker because it's easier to pump (less resistance). It reminds me of when I changed from the small ball/valve inflation nozzle to the large ozone cabrinha style valve. You never want to go back.

Can I ask why a kite pump with the same circumference but taller like the SUP pumps have not been done yet? It would pump a kite in half the time.

Bravo make the highest quality pumps. Ie. Pumps that are any good are made by bravo eg. North and other leading brands. Cheap pumps can be had from camp shop for cheaper but the standard best quality 'leisure' purpose pumps basically all come from the same (bravo)factory and are rebranded.

For the price i think they are ok.
Ive had mine for about 2 years now and it holds good pressure and is a good design.
Although in saying the plastic housing that holds the rubber seals has some how cracked and does not screw on properly anymore thus resulting in it coming off during a pump.
My Slingshot pump i've had for 2 years and still going strong.

These are well worth the money. I used 1 for the first time on my 12 today and it was effortless. It probably only saved 45 seconds but it was just easy. My old ozone pump has been bashed around for 2 seasons and still works OK but the handles are much stronger on the Core pump.

Not sure if the sand filter is a Core thing or if Naish, North etc have them as well?

I received the longer thinner bravo pump last week and have put all my stumpies in the corner.

No bending over, only needed one hand to pump it, best pressure I have been able to get.

Same price as in kite shops +$18 shipping flat rate, no thanks. Better buy it off the local kite shop.....

We use the electric pumps for our inflatable SUP's and kites. They are a life saver and withstand all the abuse our groms throw at them. Pumping up 15-20 kites + sups at every demo day along our national tour.

Tried one of bravos taller new pumps a couple of times now,was expensive,someone said there was a discount which i didn't get.
Not sure if it worth the extra money.
wouldn't say its quicker but when pressure builds up is really easy to over pump if u forgot which pump
u were using would be easy to blow a bladder,there is a gauge which is hard to read.
If one of your mats borrows it of the beach thats what will happen if they don't use the gauge as u can't feel
much pressure resistance at 6-7psi

Hey Matt,first got the Kite Sup 3 used a few times but became harder to pump then noticed small black piece of O- ring protruding out where shaft moves in and out.
Disassembled found broken O -ring and replaced.
Does this happen at times?
Pump is new.
IMO much easier to use even one handed.
Better for taller people.
