Its funny how we all have to make sure we tell our peer readers that we are not trying to sell, endorse etc... Other wise we are taken to be bias... the experience I have had is listen to the people that know what they are talking about for advice which is usually the people that are selling the kite as they have the experience and also have a reputation to uphold to sell you something next year when you want your next kite.
Moving on... & I am not a seller...

I was out the other day when the wind was very light about 10 maybe, (on the verge of stupid for pumping up our kites) A mate had a Nemesis 12m and I had a 2007 17m Waroo Pro. I was not doing too badly but I was still struggling to stay up wind (in fact I wasn't) as my mate is quite new to the sport he was happy to try to get up and go down wind. He wasn’t having much luck so I asked for a go to try his kite (Nemesis 12) and his short board 138 x 38 or something like that. any way I ended up getting out of the water and had a few runs on the thing, I was impressed that I could get going (with a bit of work) I might add I weigh 108kg's and he weighs about 92kg's. I managed to get a back roll or two in before getting to the beach. Obviously these conditions were not so great (especially because of the Jelly Fish that were so thick in the water you could walk on them like an Alex the Kid game...) but I will say I was impressed that it had enough power & speed to get me going and even a trick or two. I will admit they do need to be pumped up hard in the light winds but what kite doesn't. I hope Best keep up the good work and research, I like the prices nice and low but now we need to pressure the graphic department to pull out some cool designs and colours...
