Has anyone had a problem with the swivel breaking on the 2013 best bar?
It happened to me last Sunday, just as I dove the kite to leave the shore.
The connection just let go and I was left with just the safety attached as the force ripped the bar out of my hands.

yes the same thing happened to me and to 2 other kiters I know with 2013 Best bars,mine was replaced with a new bar,no questions asked,there is a lifetime warranty against breakage on Best gear ,so far no problem with the replacement bar and lines

Best kites have warranty it appears

Take them back to the local shop you bought it from and Best will fix the issue.

If you got the kites in Australia, no probs

If you were tight and bought online overseas- Have fun.

No issues with my bar but you may want to look at the space bar on your keyboard as well. Yourtopicismissingspacescompletely.

But the problem with the bar has already been rectified by local kite shop.

Clearly not the Best bar then
