My Comments:

Wakestyle boards are in high demand and similar to wake boarding boards the kite boards now are used to go to the cable park or use it behind the board as well as going for a shred under your kite.

I have tried a lot of wakestyle boards and so called wake style boards but nothing has really done it yet riding boots as most boards break or flex too much.

When i meet Adrian R. from Axis again mid last year overseas at PKRA him and Alex were telling me about the development of Alex signature wake style board, i got excited. When i checked it out on site it seemed solid with a sweet looking outline, lots of rocker and some nice features.

After recently riding this board a few sessions with boots i really enjoyed it.
Its rock solid and doesn't flex at all but gives you a lot of comfort especially in flat and slight choppy waters.
The pop is big and the landings smooth due to lots of rocker but i think Rowdy could even give it a bit more rocking curve ;)

I usually ride between 136-138cm with boots with 80kg so the 141cm seemed too big for me but it actually doesn't feel that big riding it.

The graphics are sick and surely 'inspire' you riding this bad boy.

Once i have done a few more sessions i will give more feedback.

I was "stomping" kiteloops yesterday, apart from breaking two straps in a hard landing- my knees are sore too.

Thought I would weigh in.

I wrote this review after a great session on the board and was pretty pumped to put a 'quick' review together. This is not going to be the board that the majority of sea breeze fan boys will choose but it is a solid weapon on a number of levels.

It is great to see a brand on market such as AXIS working with riders to develop products 'suited' to a particular style of riding and conditions. This board ticks those boxes as described. If you are looking for such a board then get yourself a demo and make your own mind up. If you are in WA and you would like to demo the board just let me know.

Cheers
