Anyone on here flown the 2015 fuels in both direct and nitrous modes?

Currently in the market to change out my 2012 12m vegas to either a older 13m fuel or the new one if its worth the extra $.

Not much info around or reviews....

Getting a demo will be nigh on impossible!!!

Matt Snowdon who works at Kitepower in Sydney has a couple and has ridden them in both variations, write him at matt(@)kitepower.com.au (remove the brackets) or call 02 95296894

Have you asked anyone?

have seen at least one being ridden in Melbourne could be worth chatting to the guy, otherwise i know the zu sell slingshot possibly also KSS in altona, go and speak to the guys and find out more info. Alternatively some of the SS team are touring Australia and would probably be pretty well versed on improvements

The last time I spoke to a shop about c kites they pretty much said that the market is so small for them that they only order them in if asked and they don't get demos as they are hard to shift, but no I haven't asked the zu directly yet.

I thought I might of seen one guy out on one at SK but wasn't sure....

I have flown it as well. Really nice on the bridles actually though I always prefer to fly c's on 5 lines. Pretty high aspect, slacks well, quite slow. Basically the bridles mean that it will a. have more range and b. the kite will steer better when sheeted out. Without bridles the kite has no response when you push the bar out where as you can steer it a bit with them on. Talking to Sam Light he said he prefers the 7 and 9m on bridles and the 11 and 13 without. Big bridles kite tend to pull a little more through the pop and lighter winds are inherently less gusty than strong winds so his set up makes sense. It's still a Fuel.
