Hi rolls,
I ride the 2014 9m and 7m, very happy with how there handling this year, build quality is as expected for the team, I've had no dramas so far…
It depends what you are looking at doing with the kite, how you ride etc.
But i mostly do freestyle, unhooked tricks etc, and occasionally a downwinder in the waves on surfboard. Though my 7m is my high wind kite, and in my locals conditions, whenever its over 25 knots, i tend to stop unhooking, and just do boosts and hooked in stuff, mainly due to these winds being to gusty and on/off to unhook.
At 100kgs, i would expect you to be on the 9m around 25knts, give or take though depends if you local is influenced by a tide or current. If your looking for flat water or mucking around in the waves on a twin tip, i would defiantly recommend. Though if your on a surfboard perhaps look at a more wave orientated kite, i.e. Airush Wave, Ozone reo…
Kites relaunch is no problem, though make sure you know how to launch with the 5th line, not difficult though something everyone should learn!
If you have so more questions i can probably give you some feedback, i have ridden the razors for the past 2 years and don't see myself changing soon! If you've never ridden a C-kite before, defiantly try demo one if you can, they are not for everyone.
Disclaimer - i am an Airush Team Rider, though i choose to ride these kites out of preference, i tried to make info not to biased!

the razors are surprisingly easy to self land and relaunch, i am flying 2011s again currently and it's not hard work.

5th line relaunch you just pull in about half an arm's length together with one steering line. the 5th only just needs to roll the kite half way over. let it out as it approaches edge of window.

self land hover about 2m above ground turn kite downwards and quickly pull in on 5th line while walking upwind at a fast pace, same technique as landing a 4line.

yep that same technique applies to any 5th line kites. just don't let it roll too far haha that becomes a bit annoying when its completely on it's back directly downwind of you.

In case that does happen pick a side you want to launch the kite on, pull on the steering line corresponding to that side and swim to the opposite side.
