ones a c kite, ones a sle kite. Completely different.

Are you getting into kitesurfing? Dont consider the 06. the 07 will be alright though.

Basic differences

07 has '100%' depower, reverse relaunch, more power, better hangtime, more range overall.

the only similarities are really the name and the crap bag design.

Thanks thats good to know. Ive heard good reviews about the 07 and needed to know if the 06 was of similar quality. I will definitely look for an 07 flow now. Ive been into kite boarding for maybe a year now and just sold my old Best Nemesis '04 and board and I am now looking for a new setup. The flow 07 seems to be ideal.

Have a go of the Vapor if you get a chance. I felt it was a much better performing kite, but to each his own. Need to try yourself and decide. From what I have read the new 08 Flow has more direct steering/flys faster across the window, lighter bar pressure and heads up wind better. But $$ compared to a second hand Flow. I did like the range of 07 Flow, especially low end.

Hi Ed,

As the others said 06 and 07 are a different style of kite, I'd opt for the 07 as it will give you a larger wind range and easier relaunch.

Buschy is spot on with the new 08 flow, awesome improvement on the 07 model.

The Vapor is a higher performing kite than the flow but is more suited to intermediate-advanced kiters due to its greater speed and different flying style.

Thanks

Hey All

yeah need to organize a demo for the flow, but being a university student I think I'm going to have to opt for a second hand model. Ive been searching the forums and ebay but cant seem to find a suitable purchase. Anyway Ill keep looking and hopefully Ill have a setup when the winds get here.

Thanks

Ed
