Hey kiters, I've recently made a video that explains how twin tip performance is affected by dimensions, rocker and flex. Check it out on this link and there's a bonus article on how to choose your next twin tip upwinder.weebly.com/your-next-twin-tip.html
Hmmm. I suppose there was some correct info in there. But it missed out a ton of info on different types if TTs and different types of conditions.
What about concave? channels? what about outline shape? what about boards for chop? light wind? waves? flat water. What about width? stance? fins size?
Note that width and outline are more Important than length for upwind ability.
not even going to watch the video, as i was intrested to see if you mentioned the locked in affect of having a 45 degree angle on edge of tt compared to rounded judgeing by plummets post this was not discussed.
maybe talk to some twin tip shapers before making a video about it, always get a couple anal minute facts in there to keep us bean counters happy and the other 90% the video for general begginers is fine.
let me know when you make a video on some fluid dynamics etc
