As a new comer to this game, and not necessarily up for wild wind, but wanting to get a buzz, would a 11mtr or 9 mtr be ok for WA, using a 140 board and a 71kg tooth pick frame? i kind of like the idea of going out when the wind is 12 to 17 knots. at this stage anyway...it will be my first kite possibly a waroo????
