Over 22knots hey!lol.. I think you will be struggling to hold that 12 Nemi down in 15-20. Nah you should be right! the 8m was a good kite if your into high aspect kites. just remember the smaller the kite the faster they turn and when the winds up strong sometimes you dont want you kite to turn that fast!get ready for some spankings! learning on a 8m Nemi in Over 20knts why would you bother there are so many more suitable kites out there.

i had 8m neme, dont know why i sold it really, still wish for it back
fanatastic higher wind kite better than fuel/yarga 7/9 imho (85kg porker)
personally i reckon high aspect better for high winds
cut thru gusts better, move forward better when dig the board in ie less likely to get over powered and pulled off
if u want lots of grunt go yarga/fuel but much more of a handful as wind gets higher
i found i could "muscle" the neme for the same reasons, ie just use brute strength if required
u can slow them dowm with different pig tail settings, not that i found it a problem, again i like faster kites
neme pro in a 8 should be a sensation

I think you would need like 25 knots to get going on a 7 metre fuel dustin.

well, from my kiteing career which has been a little over 9 months i have come accross some good kites and some bad kites, when it comes to bad kites i truley beleive that the nemisis are patheic and a waiste of money. Realplayer i think you should pull your head out of your *** and buy a proper kite like liquid force menace, liquid force spectrum II. Oi realplayer your soft!!!!! and dont pay me out about crashing my kite becasue you crashed jarrods into a tree you KOOK!!!!

also dustin its safe to say that you would get lifted in 5 knot winds becasue your skin and bone all around and seeing you in 15 knots is like seeing a feather in a twister.

have a nice day everyone
i better go out and go land some S Bends cause thtas my latest trick im doing!!!!

Realplayer,
stop trying to make yourself feel better about losing your kite. Maybe it was just a sign to actually get into the sport properly instead of cutting corners.

Hey
I have a Best 12m Nemesis. To me its a nice kite, but when it comes to relaunching it in the water its near impossible. Is it just my crap relaunching skills or have other people experienced this problem too?

I have the 8, 12 and 16 04 Nemes, they are a bitch to relaunch when the fold over. I have had to swim in quite a few times after dropping each of them. I put a fifth line on my 12 and that has all but eliminated the problem.
