Looking to upgrade my footpads as my old underground ones are showing wear.

has anyone got these? What's your opinion on them? Do they live up to the manufacturer's hype? At around $175 I think they are pretty affordable if they do the job.

Im looking for footpads that really grip well and help absorb the landings.
