Thanks JBFletch for your input. Can you elaborate on the "drift tweaks" of the 2016 Dice? More or less drifting ability than 2015? I've heard it has less... Thanks!
Hi Mate,
Due to some bridle tweak and #1 and #3 strut changes, i feel like the DICE drifts better then the old one.
Its also far better feeling for wave riding. (the NEO is quite heavy and direct. but the new changes mean the DICE still has a direct feel with a lighter pressure)
The more i ride it the more i like it.
I've been a NEO guy for 2 years, with out any questions, but the DICE has become a really good allrounder.

Dazza, coming from a long line of Rebels since 2008 and now switching to Neos (waves :) ). Can I get away comfortably with a 3m spread in sizes as I could with the Rebel? Is turning speed and range of the 2016 kites worth buying the 16's over the 15's with 25% off 15 kites? Thanks for the reviews over the years. Cheers :)
Hi WJB.
The rebel has some of the biggest wind range of any kite, NORTH or other. Especially on the upper end. So you could easily ride a quiver with 3m gaps.
The NEO is a totally different style of kite. I ride a 8m and 6m and seem to cover more conditions. I do know of guys with 11m and 7m quivers and they seem happy.
If your worried, drop a 1m on your bigger kite (12m > 11m, 10m > 9m etc) and then follow with a 2m smaller.
I'm not sure where you live but 90% of conditions in Australia you'd be happy (majority of the time) on a 7m NEO.
cheers
Josh
