Hey guys tis my first season just finished lessons, looking for response from ppls about waist or seat harness ATM will be happy just to free ride and boost. So which one will help better to progress faster as a noob.

general rule of thumb , ( not set in stone ) ....seat harness for freeride and racing ,waist harness for freestyle and surfing.
