Just a little post to express how amazing the new 2013 Crazy Fly kites are..
We all know about the boards but not so much about the kites.. well for the past few years cf kites have been in the air!! i will not comment of kites from previous years as i never flew same but this year, i love them!!

i am a " heavy handed" rider, and i do find these kites very stable... they are also very easy to relaunch in light wind!

Have a try and give me your opinion!
Good wind!

I don't know much about the kite from this year, but the 2012 Crazy Fly MooWii wasn't the greatest thing.

First, the build quality is below any other kite I've tried. (After 3 months of use it literally split in half without an actual accident/crash)

The pull on it is crap, having boost only in certain points.

The fifth line tangling (really weird-not the smartest system)

The above the bar depower getting tangled with the external lines (really unsafe)

The QR not always working. Even after taking it to the shops.

There you go! Trolls and red thumbs hit me hard!

I had a go on the 12m Sculpt at the Sydney Kitepower Demo Day. (had a great day thanks very much kitepower)
I only had a short ride on it but compaired to most other kites there it was quite grunty. It was easy to fly, turned fast and boosted ok.
When being demo'd on the QR... it had jammed and was a real effort to release. there was sand in the mech. the one thing it had going for it was how easy it was to reset. as you mentioned the depower rope was also tangled in the front lines where they "y" but the same thing happens to my ozone bar. not a problem really once sorted at the start it dosen't usually happen when riding.
sorry not going into too much detail, but only spent 10mins on it.
