I got an offer of a 2012 North X-Surf. Does anyone have a review of this board. Am 14stones and love kiting strapless. Would really appreciate any comments

Hey mate,

The North XSurf is a wicked board. It is designed as a crossover board, meaning that most people can surf this board as well as kitesurf on the board.

The Shape of the board hides a lot of volume really well. The rails aren't to thick but still have a little bit of boxyness to them, the tail is refined nicely allowing you to drive heaps of power of your back foot on a bottom turn and the center of the board holds alt of thickness making it super easy to paddle.

If your looking for a board that will be good for surfing and kitesurfing, then this is the board for you. However if your only going to be kitesurfing on it take a look at the Wam or even the Naish Global.
