If you're talking about steering pressure when unhooked, then it's much lighter than a Switchblade, and the 7 and 9 are able to be steered around the window easily with one hand while unhooked. Big movements on the 11 require two hands, but for twimmed down the line riding, one hand will be more than enough.
Rhys, i agree, if you unhook you get 100% power, of the kite. That does seem pretty obvious! Doesnt it? The reason for the chicken loop is to chicken out of the power. Kitesurfing 101.

I dont unhook at all. I ride switchies, and am thinking about my next kite. I was asking about bar pressure as i find nothing wrong with the switchies bar pressure, as i wasnt sure if Wal269 was comparing unhooked bar pressure on the switchblade vs drifter. That is all.
