The 2007 model seems to get rave reviews and the 2008 model certainly looks the goods!

Has anyone tried an 08 model I'm trying to work out if it's worth the rediculous $1350 price tag!!!

I'm definitely getting the Shinn surf hybrid this year. Best of both worlds for me. Strength of a twin tip but rides waves like a surfboard. Then I won't get ragged on for riding a twin tip in the waves anymore. I just don't feel comfortable on a surfboard. I like to jump lots.
