The guys at Auzwind kindly lent me a 14m Flow 2006 and I was nicely suprised. For a kite that size and supposed AR it turns mighty quick and smooth - I was kitelooping nicely, even in the lighter winds (which tend to slow everything down). The 2006 5-line bar is a great improvement, easy to use and ergonomic. Bar pressure for the 14 was a little heavy, but the response was immediate, quick and controled - liked it very much. I tried the chicken loop quick release, no worries there, although the relaunch on the 5th line wasn't quite as quick as on some other kites. Still no complaints though. Nicely put together kite, with slimmer struts and leading edge, giving a lighter more responsive feel to the kite and it seeks out the edge of the window much better than in previous editions. I also had a blast on a 10m Pilot for a laugh - awesome little kite. Although aimed at beginners, it is a energetic kite with good relaunch and I loved kitelooping that baby. Sits a little bit further back in the window of course, but is good and stable. Again, much improved build quality and works well on the new bar.
